Katherine was beloved by all and will be remembered for the light and joy she brought into the world.” Los Angeles police sources told NBC Los Angeles that authorities found her at her Hollywood home Monday night after a friend requested a welfare check. The friend hadn't heard from her in more than 24 hours and was concerned, the station reported.
